2011 February

1st Feb

Debut performance @ SOUNDCLUB SAMUI working with DJ's Jon Jak, DJ Olli, who were warming up the biggest club night on the Island.  They were playing very beautiful smooth Deep Tech House when Jayaondrums turned up, set up some Bongos & a Cowbell and together we got the place jumping.  For the next three hours the main street in Chewang was alive with the sound of Jayondrums and the dance floor & stage was jumping right up til close!  A fabulous evening made better when the club proceeded to book me in for another 10 dates! 

3rd Feb

Jayondrums performs @ The wedding reception of 'Nina & Michael' @ The Beach Republic & the after party @ Your Place on North Chewang Beach.  Both events were led by DJ Tony Pockets and together we absolutely smashed it!  

Highlight of the evening was when Tony's daughter walked up to me during my set and picked up my drum stick and started playing my conga, bongos & cowbell!!!! Absolutely stole the show!!!!!

Met LTJ Bukem who was staying at the resort.  He was set to perform @ Beach Republic on the 5th.  I asked if I could perform alongside him with a ‘live percussion set’ and he was well up for it! NICE!

5th Feb

Turned up for for LTJ Bukem gig but was not able to mic up my drums as MC Conrad was plugged into the only mic channel - GUTTED!!!!  but had a fantastic evening dancing under the stars on the beach! 

7th Feb

Live Percussive set @ SOUNDCLUB SAMUI!  Absoluely smashed it.  Had the privilege of meeting Thailand’s most Famous Female DJ Nakadia

9th, 10th, 14th & 16th Feb

Jayondrums rocks SOUND CLUB til the early hours. Big Shouts out to DJ Jon Jak, DJ Ollie Odd, DJ Jem K, DJ Phil Drummand, DJ Steve Northern & Denny Degosta for the outstanding quality of music!

and a very special thanks to Donna Whitehead & Sophie Vanderwerf for the good times!

Got to give a big shout out the the staff who just couldn't do enough to make sure everything went smoothly!

Highlight of trip!  Arrive back in UK - Phone call.... We want Jayondrums back to do a whole month this season!  Nice to feel the love!

15th Jan

Jayondrums performs with Mr H & Scott Brooker on Sax @ Watford Football Club for a 40th Birthday party.  A Fantastic time was had by all and a really great atmosphere was created by the 'Live' percussion & sax.

Jayondrums performs at the Fanhams Hall Fashion Show with Mr H Productions

26th Jayondrums flies to Koh Samui, Thailand to perform at ‘The Beach Replublic’ for a private wedding function
